I acknowledge that I have read and understand the Jaze Modeling Preferred Photographer Program and agree to abide by the polices provided in the program guide.
I acknowledge that revisions to this agreement may be made at any time at the discretion of Jaze Modeling and such revisions will be issued to me in writing. I further acknowledge that any revisions made are effective as of the posting date at the top of the written revision and that I will read and abide by these revisions. If I am found to be in violation of any of the policies contained herein I fully understand Jaze Modeling and it’s representatives will be required to take corrective as necessary.
